When my 28+ yr pharmacy failed to obtain my prescription 9+ days after calling it in (I always call a good 5 days ahead... unusual 'script), I contacted this Walgreens in S.Yarmouth, spoke to intelligent life, who went above & beyond & got it in <24 hrs....They knew the warehouse had one bottle...same warehouse=major fail by the one near my house. After all my loyalty & their 28+ yrs of turnover, can't deny it was a total failure...they could have ordered that bottle 3+ times all week. SO-O-O HAPPY TO HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN!! THANK YOU SOUTH YARMOUTH WALGREEN'S PHARMACY & STAFF!! 💚
They go above and beyond helping me with my medication / insurance issues. Never leave me on hold waiting for long unlike many other pharmacies.
