I want to start by saying that this clinic may not be for everyone. During my visit, I overheard two staff members—a receptionist and a nurse—speaking negatively about a patient’s parents. One of them used the word “idiots,” which was extremely concerning. Conversations like this should never happen within earshot of patients or families, especially in a clinic that serves children and is meant to promote a positive, supportive environment. I am not naming the individuals involved, but this experience came across as very unprofessional. In this day and age, professionalism, discretion, and empathy are essential in healthcare settings. I hope the clinic takes this as constructive feedback and addresses staff conduct, as it directly impacts how families perceive the care and environment.

Dr.Zito was my doctor from 2yrs to 16yrs old, as well as all my siblings. The amount of love my family has for her is unmatched! Forever my doc💚

Both of my daughters have seen Dr Gilbert since birth and we could not be happier. All appointments have gone well, even when the covid hysteria was at it's height. We have never been turned away when a "sick" visit was needed. The nurses are all kind and compassionate and the office manager worked very hard ensuring we could stay in the practice when my insurance changed. The front office staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.

This practice has gone completely down hill. My wife has been going here since she had been a newborn. We now have two children and tried to keep the practice in the family but it has been a nightmare. The most recent event my wife was 10 minutes late for a wellness visit with our daughter, we called ahead to let them know and was told it was okay, only to be rejected upon arrival by our child’s doctor Sandy. I strongly advise anyone looking for a doctor to overlook this one as the practice manager Rich is very rude and poorly manages the practice. A childrens doctor that can’t fit a family in that is a few minutes behind is NOT one I will be sending my kids to anymore. Very disappointed with the treatment of our kids and us after 20+ years of using Bass River.

Dr Barrick was excellent with our son! She made him feel at ease, and really listened to our concerns, as well as his. She is patient and kind, and even made him laugh. This is super important as he is under the spectrum and is hyper sensitive. Thanks to her, and her approach we were successful in getting the preventative care he needs.
