I had a great experience at Bass River Dental. I recently moved to the Cape full time and I’ve found my dentist! Everyone is so kind and helpful—from the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. McAdams. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Dr McAdams and the dental hygienists and staff are great, friendly, and thorough. Been going to Bass River Dental for about 5 years now and they make all procedures comfortable. I no longer get nervous if I have to go to the dentist.

Well, let me tell you ! This office is professionally run . Everyone is pleasant, informative and very personable. You are made to feel comfortable no matter what the procedure will be. Everything is explained to you, Margaret was fantastic.. her work A+.. . She went over and above to make you feel relaxed during X-rays and cleaning. Also explaining and answering questions ! Checking in and out. Extremely helpful with referrals, new appointments and insurance ! Allison and David were very pleasant and patient..And Dr. McAdams gold star! Right to the point, didn’t try to sell any products. He asked me what I wanted to do with my problem areas. He explained the pros and cons!!! I made the decision. Very pleasant.. professional and took his time talking and listening…I have hit the lottery

I have been going to Bass River Dental for over 20 years now and have always received Outstanding Service! Dr. Tim McAdams has provided me with fillings, crowns and replacement teeth and his work has always been Top Notch! His Hygenists, Kelly, Diane and Margaret are all very well adept at finding problem areas so that they never developed into something worse. They all are also expert at cleaning and polishing teeth! Even though I live in Falmouth and I will always use Bass River Dental!

Love Dr. McAdams and the dental hygienists Diane and Kelly. But! What happened to Lynne at the front desk?!? She was always so welcoming and helpful. And now she's gone! Looks like they now have 2 or 3 people to take her place. I've been going to this practice since it was independent and Dr. Carlson was the only dentist. Sadly, now it feels like another big corporate business. 😪
