Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy has gone to the dogs. I was there today, watching the pharmacist enjoy a beverage and stroll back and forth. No immediate acknowledgment of me. So, I just stood there in silence. Does anyone know how to greet there? Finally, Nicole the pharmacist said: " We'll be right there", after I stood there staring in silence. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years, but would the pharmacist actually speak to me readily, and heaven forbid, remember and call me by name? Does anyone ever smile back there? Other store employees have bright faces and display warmth. Not happening in this pharmacy, by and large. Let me clarify that: there is one exception, and that would be dear, wonderful Ruth. Thank you, Ruth, for being the bright light in that sad, somber department.

Not impressed. I waited on hold for a half hour to speak to a pharmacist. The person that answered the phone kept interrupting me thinking she knew what my questions were. I finally had to ask her to please wait until I had finished asking my questions. At which point I was placed on hold again. I finally got to talk to a pharmacist who was able to help with one of the issues I called about.

They have never been able to refill my prescriptions for years. I don't get it. That's their main business. No wonder they are struggling and closing stores.

Went in for a Covid test and was being heavily persuaded by the pharmacist to get an at home test even though I mentioned multiple times that I needed one to get my Covid pay from work. Very rude and unprofessional

The worst walgreens there is. Never has prescriptions ready. They have had my script for a week and I went to pick it up and they said they have to order it. Switching pharmacies. Ive heard the same from many others.
