I am grateful they were able to see my cat right away. I wasn't very impressed with the nurses overall bedside manner but our Vet Emily was great, my cat is nearly 17, and she understood me wanting to take a more conservative route when it came to treatment. Reasonably priced and my cat is doing much better!

This year has been one of the hardest for me. My dad and I are new in town and don’t really have anyone close here, and I had to go through losing two pets, first my sister’s cat, Mia, and then my own dog, Paca. Both times, the staff at Moreau Animal Clinic were so kind and caring. When we brought Mia in, the way they treated us made me feel comforted and supported, and I knew right then that if I ever had to go through it again with Paca, I would come back here. Sadly, that time came, and even though it broke my heart, I felt I was in the right place. Everyone was wonderful, and I wish I remembered every name. But I especially want to mention the lady at the front desk who hugged me. That meant more than I can put into words. Small acts of kindness like that are something you never forge

After checking several vets I landed on Moreau Animal Clinic at the suggestion of my vet daughter-in-law. I absolutely love this establishment. It is family run, none of that corporate feel that so many places have adopted. Doctors, techs and admin are all excellent with a personalized attitude toward everyone. Their new office is beautiful and appointments accessible. We have been going for several years and highly recommend them.

I have a Diabetic Cat on Human Insulin. It has been 4 years of doing my own Glucose Curves and working along side a Veterinary Practice. This clinic immediately told to increase the Insulin because his readings were too high. This almost sent my cat into a Hyperglycemic shock. Luckily I was able to catch it BECAUSE I KNOW HOW TO DO A GLUCOSE CURVE. I took the curve back to the Office and the Owner Vet spoke to me. She explained that yes that was a mistake. That perhaps my cats glucose was okay at previous level. Then the Pharmacy messed up and told me my Insulin script ran out. I was panicking. I called Moreau to get a new Script. They said they wouldn't unless I dropped my cat off for 140.00 for them to do a Curve. In other words, they were going to hold my Insulin hostage for money. Fort

I happily drive an hour to Moreau Animal Clinic because it truly is that exceptional. The Outtersons and their entire team are incredibly kind, compassionate, and dedicated to high-quality veterinary care. Every visit feels personal, thorough, and trustworthy. It’s rare to find a clinic that treats both pets and owners with this level of respect and empathy. Absolutely worth the drive—highly recommend!
