Basically if you want to show up and be told your appointment is actually non existent and you shall come back until a month and a half from today. Yeah great place all because the hygienist was out so that’s my fault. They had pushed me earlier in the month and forgot to notify me awesome thank you see you in 45 days.
I recently moved to this area, it has been quite challenging to secure new doctors for various reasons. My initial phone conversation was with Meghan who is simply delightful and welcoming. Immediately, I knew this would be a good fit. I went for my xrays/scans with Christina, then met with Dr. Smitkin. I can not express how thorough they were. Considering I have always needed extra dental care, I trust I will be in expert hands at this practice.
I am beyond thankful that a coworker recommended this family dentistry! Amazing! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out! Five star review! Kind, gentle, understanding! Thanks again, South Glens Falls family dentistry!
Smooth process for check in & out, Lauren did a very good job with my cleaning, gentle on my gums, good recommendations to improve my dental regimen at home.
I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hate this visit. The hygienist was amazing! She was so informative and gentle but got the work done and she definitely had to work for it. The dentist was knowledgeable and very sweet
