Walgreens Pharmacy

I don't know what's going on lately but my prescriptions are never ready and I need to call two or three times to ensure that they are ready. By the time I have received them I am already late on my medications. I called the other day to inquire on two scripts and the man I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone even though the first person promised it would be ready within an hour, this guy basically told me we will get to it when we do. I can't wait to change to the VA as soon as I'm eligible

I waiting a month and a half for my prescription to come in it was for my insulin it was freestyle liber 2 and I did not order anything else but those and those were on back order when they called me and told me that my meds are in after my wife brought them home it wasn't the meds that I've been waiting for and I'm still waiting for the right ones

The store cashier was very sweet. The driver thru is getting better. As far as kind and friendly pharmacy workers. A month or so ago, I had one young man that wasn't helpful at all. And was quite rude. Before that young woman wouldn't even give me a greeting. I don't understand their work ethic. But when I worked customer service I never treated my customers as though they were bothering me. They have improved with better people and customer service.

We get our prescriptions here. Plus I buy Viviscal shampoo and conditioner here as well. Staff are very friendly and polite.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to help. I try to be pleasant with people who work in customer service. I know that they aren’t always treated well. I understand that hiccups happen and it’s not always the fault of the person in front of me. Unfortunately, the issues that I’ve experienced at this pharmacy are usually the result of a lack of staff training or knowledge. Like, not understanding how to enter my insurance information into the system or not knowing how to process an order that has been prepaid through the app. I try to be patient, but the attitude… Needless to say, I’ll be switching pharmacies.
