Walgreens Pharmacy

I genuinely don't understand how a pharmacy could be so poorly run. I have been trying to get my medication for a week now, and still couldn't get it even though I was told by a team member that it would be ready for pick-up by a certain time, it was not. You could at least check to see if you have it so I am not coming to pick it up, and for there not to be anything ready. I can't plan my day around picking up one prescription. I had to wait months for an appointment to even get the medication prescribed, and then I had to wait an excessive amount of time, with horrible communication and rude customer service to beg to get it. Just switch pharmacies, it took me one day to get my prescription filled at Costco, and they answered my calls in one ring. (You don't need a membership to use the

Frustrating that they don't adhere to posted hours because the company can't employ enough people. Must be a real good company to work for...

The technicians are always very efficient and there's usually not much of a wait if you walk inside. I never use the drive-thru because I don't have the patience. I can even get my pet prescriptions filled here after Panda had his eye surgery!

Pharmacy is very understaffed and you never know when it maybe closed due to lack of personal. Very disappointed

Good luck trying to call. Was hung up on 4 times before I gave up. Was also told that my son's medication could only be filled at CVS despite us having filled the script with them for about 2 years. They said it was due to me having caremark insurance however I get my prescriptions filled there as well as the rest of my family. Called insurance and was told I could fill at walgreens. They really have no idea what they are doing and they are always so rude and unwilling to help.
