This was our first appointment with a new dentist for us and we are so glad we found them . Very nice and helpful. My husband and I both went and were very pleased with the service and very friendly staff. We will definitely be using them from now on . Great staff .

Dental hygienist LaShauna is great, BUT, was notified after the cleaning that the clinic’s dentist had actually left the practice. Would have thought that the practice would have sent out a notification letter that Dr. Martinez had actually left the practice. Most healthcare clinics/practices let their patients know when there is a change in providers. So there is currently a temporary dentist filling in… ? stability in this dental practice.

This clinic does a fantastic job . They covered all of my needs for my dental care , handled my insurance effectively . There was never any surprise charges . The overall health of my teeth and gums improved . They didn’t try to Oversell me on anything I didn’t need and that gave me options . The best part about this clinic is they also use modern technology that a lot of Other place don’t offer . I recommend this clinic for anyone

I had an appointment for teeth cleaning for months, I went for appointment this morning new dentist (not notified Dr. Martinez was no longer there) not approved by BCBS. I was not able to get teeth cleaned unless I paid out of pocket! Really... I did not even get a courtesy call from office. I have had the same insurance for the last couple of years so unprofessional.

They cancelled my 3rd appointment for new dentures (a half hour before the scheduled appointment time) due to Dr. Martinez leaving the practice next week. They told me I would have to start the whole process over again when the new dentist arrives. When I questioned how long have they known Dr. Martinez was leaving, I was told they've known for a while. Why waste my time taking me on as a patient, knowing the Dr was leaving. I've never been so frustrated with a dental office. Now I'm told it could take weeks to be reimbursed for what I've already paid them, even though I paid with a debit card.
