Rio Rancho Smiles

This was my first visit to this practice. I was very impressed. Missed my original appointment and they rescheduled for later in the day. All staff members were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Shokoohi will be my new dentist. She is friendly and has a good sense of humor. She explained very well the work I needed done. If you’re looking for a dentist. I highly recommend her.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Rio Rancho Smiles and Dr. Shokoohi have been the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. They are quick, precise, understanding, and kind. They know exactly what they are doing when it comes to your dental care and hygiene, and most importantly (for me), they are free of judgment, honest, and always take care of each patient individually. They really are caring people. They remember me, make conversations, and help me be better when it comes to my teeth. If you are considering a dental office with these wonderful qualities, please try this one. I have never been happier with a dentist before. And thank you to all the staff members who are willing to help people like me ☺️

Dr Shokoohi and her staff are AWESOME!!! Everyone makes you feel like you’re the only one in the office. They take their time and don’t rush you. So glad I found them! Best Dental experience I have had!

Terrible experience! My partner called in for an appointment. Told them specifically what she needed. When she got there they did everything but help. They don't even do what she called and requested the appointment for! They told her itbwould be a referral. Why not be up front when appointment was being made instead of finding ways to pad their pocket books. Waste of time! She's still in pain and is defeated by the experience. Thank you for absolutely nothing!

It was a enjoyable experience. Roberta was wonderful! She had a really good sense of humor and was easy to talk to. Did a wonderful cleaning! Also the office was beautifully decorated and had a calming effect on me. Seriously, it was the best dentist I have been to.
