Walgreens Pharmacy

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to! The entire staff of Pharmacists and Pharmacy personnel are very friendly, caring, and professional. It really feels like family here in Richmond Hill! 5 stars for sure! Keep up the good work! And know that you ALL are very appreciated by myself and my family! Thanks you and God Bless!

I only use Walgreens to load my Chime card and make ATM withdrawals because it's free

What comes to mind about Walgreens, well they have the only OTC, (Semi-OTC), allergy medicine that actually works for me but more over, what I really remember is at the height of the pandemic, when I paid a visit and the manager did not see fit to wear a mask to prevent infection of others...in a drug store, no less.

If you are a US Military service member and are required to get your vaccinations through LHI, do not come here. The staff is incompetent with how to handle the paperwork and will turn you away when you have a appointment. I brought in all of the paperwork LHI gave me and I was turned away due to not having a prescription, even though in the past I have always brought everything and was taken care of. The Pharmacy staff was rude and belittling towards me in the process. Drive the extra miles and go to Garden City instead if you can. I also want to add, the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist did not read the appointment instructions. They also did not call the number that is listed in the paperwork if they had any questions. They were quick to dismiss me.

Dr. Called in prescription when we got there it wasn't ready. We were told to come back in an hour. When we returned, there was still a problem, and the prescription wasn't ready. The lead female pharmacist apologized, and we finally received it. Thanks
