I am very pleased with the level of care that my mother received at My Hesring Aid Place! I am so appreciative of the kindness, patience and professionalism of Dr. Karla. After a detailed assessment, we were provided options and recommendations to improve my mother's hearing. If you are in need of hearing aid services, don't waste time going anywhere else!

Karla and Melanie are both awesome. Had so much fun cutting jokes with them while I was there. Professional, yet comfortable. Karla went out of her way to assess and meet my needs. Highly recommend!!! 10 stars!

I could never say enough about the knowledge Carla has and how she helped me better understand how to take care of my husband’s hearing aids. I would 100% recommend anyone needing hearing test or hearing aids to use this small hometown business.

I have been a patient of Dr Dibkey for years and each appointment is as perfect as the previous one. She’s very knowledgeable in her field of expertise, but at the same time, very friendly and cordial, always smiling. She is very patient and will explain all of your options, will not push you to the more expensive choice, and will give you time to think about it. One of her traits is punctuality. My last appointment was at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55, was taken straight to the treatment room where she cleaned and repaired my hearing aids and was back at my car by 2:20.
