They got me in next day when I told them of light flashes and new floaters. My wait time in the waiting room was about 5 minutes and they started checking me out right away. Everyone was super nice and communicated very well. I would go back there again if I was staying in the area. Kristin Wolf was great and if I had the assistant's name i would commend her as well.

I'm sitting here writing this review on my computer without straining my eyeballs because I finally have the correct prescription. Hands down the best eye doctor and staff I’ve EVER experienced. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. Madison was incredible ... so thorough, patient, and determined to make sure my insurance was fully verified before my appointment. There were a few hiccups, but she didn’t stop until everything was completely sorted. That level of care right out of the gate already had me feeling confident. I’ve been wearing prescription lenses for 27 years, and I was honestly shocked when this exam revealed a prescription that was totally different from what I’d been told for the past eight years. My recent visit at the Richmond Hill office was amazing, Libby took very good care of me, explained what she was doing and had an awesome personality. Dr Wolf took the time to explain what she was looking for in order to make adjustments to my current prescription, how it affects my vision, and showed me the difference, She pointed out the issues and made the adjustments, I could not believe how much better my vision was going to be corrected. The entire Team in the office has an amazing work ethic, cheerful attitude and are very friendly, I would recommend them over any other Eyecare location. Randell Grier

Lovely and efficient staff! Genesis and Holly were beyond patient and helpful throughout my appointment. Dr. Wolfe was knowledgeable and honest about my options. Looking forward to continuing care through this office in the future!

The entire experience was fantastic from check in through glasses fitting - Claire was patient and answered all of the questions my inquisitive kid came up with - Dr. Wolfe explained everything in detail and helped us figure out the best plan forward. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!
