Richmond Hill Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Poor communication, zero accountability, and unprofessional energy. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience today left me so frustrated I feel like it’s important to share. I came back to this office after having a great experience during my initial cleaning everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable after not seeing a dentist for years. Unfortunately, this second visit was a complete 180. The dental assistant who brought me back had an attitude from the start cold, unwelcoming energy, like saying hello was something she had to do, not something she meant. No warmth, no effort. I’m not expecting anyone to roll out a red carpet, but when you work directly with patients, the way you carry yourself matters. Your energy becomes part of the patient’s experience.

I dreaded going to the dentist because it’s been way too long. However I received excellent service and felt extremely comfortable during the entire cleaning. My hygienist was kind and very thorough and I look forward to seeing her in 6 months!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome- Pam, Becky all the girls at the Front Desk are welcoming smiling and happy to see you! Unfortunately, this year I got to meet all of the dentists! All in all my experience with all of them has been wonderful. I have been a customer at the dentist there for 40 years and I won’t go anywhere else! Cassandra is the best at cleaning my teeth and I am able to schedule all my appointments a year in advance because she’s a wonderful hygienist- is sweet girl and very personable! Even though I make all my appointments for cleaning up to a year in advance, I’ve never had to wait more than two days to get in if it was an emergency. Please don’t change a thing. I love this office.

I am very grateful for all three of the Dentists at Richmond Hill Family & Cosmetic Dentistry! They are all three very professional and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist. The hygienists are amazing too!

I am been going to Richmond Hill Family Dentistry for over 3 years and they have always been amazing. My insurance is no longer in their network but I just can’t seem to find another dentist that’s caring, reliable and will give same day emergency appointments. I have never had a complaint.
