Walgreens Pharmacy

These people aren't reliable. Sunday and Monday they were closed. Sunday is forgiven due to storm but noon the next Monday roads fine and they were still closed. We had to go to the Hospital pharmacy to get my wifes prescription after her surgery

Placed and order for pick it, got the email and text saying its ready get to the store (sick btw trying to get a covid/flu test) and they have a thing on their door saying the won’t open till 10! So why did you say my order was ready and I could come pick it up. I understand being short staffed, but this is just ridiculous.

For God's sake! This community deserves better! Always something. They are closed for lunch, the prescription is not ready or the insurance is not going through. I feel bad for that poor girl alone in the pharmacy cashier. They need a better management asap!!! Walgreens company has been in business for long time, they know what kind of business they are serving. Short on staff. Poor employees! I see they try their best, but they are offering a service. Every time I go I don't see more than 3-5 people working in the store and pharmacy in total. I also see the hundreds of prescription medications ready all over, even on the floor. Would give 0 stars if possible. The staff are extremely rude. They call me to say they are cancelling my photo order, tell me no manager or assistant manager is there to speak to me. Then when I ask if a manager or assistant manager will call me back they simply hang up the phone. The order was cancelled because they won't have the product until Tuesday, I advised I would be happy to wait until then as I had a discount code that I used when I placed the order. They said they can't leave the order in the system? I wanted to be sure I could re-order at the same price (with the discount). This isn't the first time this has happened but unfortunately this is my local store. Wish they would hire better, friendlier employees.

The pharmacy attendants are so wicked. Told me to get in line just to even ask a question and the line was at least a 45 minute wait and extended to the front aisles of the store. The attendant lied to me about my medicine being ready for pick up. I was fresh out of the emergency room and not able to stand for long. They wanted me to stand in line to wait and ask if my pain medicine was even available to begin with. This is not the first time they have lied to me about a prescription. How can I trust a pharmacy that lied to me about medication being filled and being ready. I’m in the line now typing this, my second attempt today to get my medicine with the same clothes on from the emergency room and yet I am going to have to end up leaving for the second time in 2 hours, and still without
