Pediatrics at Chartley

We were seen for RSV. It was a great experience considering. Ashley is always wonderful. She was on time, did not rush us and is so kind and understanding about our concerns. We also were delighted with the MA today. Diego was fabulous!! So patient and kind with our 3 year old and myself as a mom of a sick child, by far the best MA we have had in this office. I hope he stays until we are 18!!

We were present for our 5oclock appointment at 5:15. We understand we were late but the late policy says there is a 15 minute grace period. We were told that we could not be seen because the provider could not stay late as they needed to go home to take care of their kids. Even though it was a Tuesday when the office normally opens late until 7pm which is why we choose that day. We were in fact also the last patient for the day. We were rudely told we had to reschedule our appointment because we were late. There could be more compassion that can be showed to patients and their families. We have never been late before even with having three kids that go there. That day was just particularly a hectic day but we still got there within their grace period. Dr. Franklin Israel has been the best pediatrician for both my children for 21 years. He is an empathetic and pragmatic listener and provided excellent service and care!!! March 11/2026: While I still maintain my earlier comment that Dr. Franklin Israel has been the best pediatrician for both my children, I am extremely sorry to state that I haven't received my son's blood work slips from the doctor since our last visit on February 21/2026. I was told that I would be called in a week's time for receiving the blood work slip.I called back on March 2/2026 and since then I've been following up with the staff atleast 3 times. The staff seem to be apathetic and unapologetic for the delay and are not sure of why the message could not be communicated. It's been

Ms Darlene is knowledgeable, thorough and an overall amazing healthcare provider. My son has been under her care since birth and I trust her immensely. On the occasions my son was seen by other teammates in the practice, we received the same kind and efficient service. Pediatrics at Chartley is a phenomenal establishment from the kid friendly environment to the friendly and efficient office staff to healthcare providers! 10/10 highly recommended!

Very professional, very nice staff…. We greatly appreciate you guys!! Doctor Israel and Miss Darlene are more than nice and very thorough! We are in good hands here and my granddaughter loves it! I highly recommend this place to everybody!
