Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute. I started the call at work and drove all the way home and still no answer. It started out there were 3 or more callers ahead of you, then 2 calls ahead of you, then one caller ahead of you and then 30 minutes later still no answer. I can't get the info I need with the automated system or the app. This is ridiculous! I work in Kaufman but live closer to Quinlan. I guess I will have to go back to Terrell Walgreens where they will at least answer their phones. Terrell is only open till 5 so there's that. Maybe an entirely different pharmacy all together is the solution.

Every single time I’ve used this pharmacy since it turned into Walgreens Ive had a bad experience.. Can’t ask questions without getting an attitude for asking.

I have been a loyal BROOKSHIRES Pharmacy customer for years. I am not complaining because I don’t like change, I am complaining because Walgreens sucks! You cannot order your prescriptions after hours using the phone and the website is trash. Walgreens has to make their system more accessible. The only reason I give it one star is because it does not offer negative numbers.

When this Pharmacy was first established it was awful! After a rough start this Pharmacy has become very efficient!!!...way to go;)

Wasn't to thrilled having our insurance provider telling us we had to fill all our prescriptions at Big Chain Pharmacies to have our meds covered. The transition from Brookshires to Walgreens had its glitches at first and was kinda frustrating but resolved quickly. Like the app being able to request a refill, checking the status, prices and receiving messages when refills are ready for pickup. Pulled up to the window waiting for it to open and give my name then Rosie opens the window with her smile with my wife and my meds already bagged up and ready, gave me that small town pharmacy feels, maybe some BCP ain't so bad after all.
