Integrity Urgent Care

We have been here multiple times for our son and my husband a few times. The male Dr is our favorite. He always makes me feel at ease when it comes to my sick kiddo. The female NP we have seen 2 times and yes she is informative to an extent she isn’t very personable. That’s the only reason this review isn’t a 5. Front office staff is always so nice and the nurse is top notch!

Very good experience! Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Waiting area was very clean and well maintained. The medical assistant was very friendly and super nice and personable! The provider I saw was excellent! Very nice and caring, friendly, took his time and wasn’t rushing through, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, even going over all prescriptions he was giving me. I would highly recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends. So thankful to have this facility and very educated and caring medical personnel in our town!

Dishonest Billing Practices – Beware Integrity Urgent Care should seriously reconsider the word “Integrity” in their name. In October 2025, I visited the Quinlan location after cutting my arm on a rusty nail and needing a tetanus shot. Before receiving treatment, I clearly explained that I do not have medical insurance and specifically asked what the total out-of-pocket cost would be if I paid cash. I was quoted $200.00. While $200 for essentially a tetanus shot and Band-Aid already felt excessive, I agreed to the price, paid the full $200, and left assuming the transaction was complete. Then, five months later, I received another bill for $192.00. So apparently the original “$200” quote was not the real price after all. This type of post-visit surprise billing is exactly the kind o

They are open later than any 30 miles around . The staff bery nice helpful we saw the dr almost immediately. They swabbed my son in 15 minutes we knew he had the flu B. The dr spoke to my son directly which was great because my son is 16 and is competent enough to talk to the doctor some won't even do that. We definitely will be back before we go anywhere else!

First off, I do not like going to visit Doctors, despise it would be more accurate. But, I went, and I was absolutely amazed at the level of care and compassion. From the front office staff to Charles Cooper the Nurse Practitioner, they were simply amazing. Did not do any unnecessary tests, actually read my initial paperwork, explained everything, showed me how to get the meds at a discount using Good Rx. Office visit was $125 self pay and 3 different medications total came out to $38. Already feeling much better! Thank you Integrity and Charles Cooper, yall are definitely one of the good guys.
