Parkway Family Dental

This place was amazing when Dr. Hamil was there. He cared about people and worked with them to find affordable options. This place just tries to get in my pocket and pretty much left me stranded in a chair last visit when I needed a tooth extraction. I got up and went to the front desk and told them I was leaving and the woman at the desk had the audacity to charge me $45 for the visit after over charging me $75 on the last visit. I went to Longbranch Dental in Greenville where Dr. Hamil practiced before opening his Quinlan office. They got the tooth out that day and I came back a few months later for the implant. I’ve just never felt so abandoned and taken advantaged of by a dentist as I have Dr. Thomas. Sad.

This dentist office used to be good but my last couple of appointments have been bad. For starters they didn’t get me back til an hour after my appointment time and all the staff is different now and it feels off..they expected my to pay hundreds of dollars without letting me know how much it was goi g to cost first and had I known, I would’ve rescheduled because it’s almost Christmas and money is tighter.. I paid and after being at office for 3 hours total they told me they couldn’t do the dental work I was scheduled for and gave me referrals for specialists. I’m still not sure what I even paid for and no refund was given to me. I’ve tried to call several times and can’t reach anyone by phone or get a returned call. I don’t know what’s happened but I’ve gone here from r a few years now an

Great Dentist office. Very welcoming and professional employees. Glad I found this local office instead of driving out of town like I have been for years. Highly recommend.

Dr Thomas and her staff are the best in Quinlan. I highly recommend going to her at Parkway dental in Quinlan. They do a great job. The whole staff is really sweet and kind. I recommend highly.

This the best dentist I’ve ever been too they all so sweet nice explain things to you about your teeth better understanding then and other dental office only dentist office that explains everything about whats going on so glad to have this place to take care of my mouth 😁😁
