Walgreens Pharmacy

I went in today for a flu shot. I was a walk-in so I scanned the QR code and filled out all the information. Then I waited. And waited. Finally, after about an hour, I went up to the window and asked if I was on the list. One of the pharmacy techs (who had an earbud in her ear - how's that for professional) assured me that I was on the list in a frustrated manor. After another 20 minutes I went back up to the window and repeated my question, wondering how the first woman knew that my name was on the list since everything had been done online. This time a woman answered my question, got me on the list and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Everybody I worked with there was friendly except for the first one, but their system needs work. This pharmacy is a joke. Plan to spend 30 mins or more. The only pharmacy in Prince Frederick. I have gone in on 3 different occasions. Drive through and inside. There is always a line at least 5-6 deep and it us always a 30 mins plus ordeal. You clearly have the business, needs to hire more people. I rather drive 20 mins away for better service to cvs.

Absolutely terrible service. I got a call and text saying my prescriptions were ready and when I got there only one of four were prepared. This was told to me after waiting almost an hour in line and all i got was a half hearted “Yeah I don’t know why you were told that”. I was then told to come back tomorrow and then received a call at 8pm stating they were ready, an hour before they closed. This gave me no time to get over there. What made this odd is there were by my count at least six people back there behind the counter and maybe 5 people in line. This store is a joke.

I used to enjoy this store about 5 years go, now it has to be an emergency for me to step foot it in there. There is almost always only one cashier, and they're at the photo section. Employees will pop gum and swear right in your face while they take even longer to ring you up because they are too busy talking to their coworkers. Everything is locked up and waiting for assistance is a joke.

We've had issues with this pharmacy, generally long wait times, long long kines whether its inside or drive-thru but fogured they were just a busy pharmacy however our most recent experience makes us want to go elsewhere. Prescriptions were sent by a doctor 2 days ago. No auto call or text that they were ready like I usually get. Went to drive thru and waited over 30 minutes as the second car to get to the window. I would have left the line however I was stuck at that point. Finally got to window and the lady said the prescriptions weren't ready yet and that they were "just printing now" and it would be another 30 minutes. When I questioned her that the order was placed 2 days prior and I already sat in the drive thru line for legit 30 minutes she said the person in front of me had refuse
