I highly recommend Freedom Hearing. For some reason , I was nervous about getting hearing aids. I regret not going there before I did. It is wonderful to be able to hear again! Amy and Evan are so nice everytime I visit the office. I appreciate how they really care about everyone that walks through the door. Rebecca has turned into my favorite doctor. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working great with my hearing aids. Thankful for all of them!

I can't say enough about Freedom Hearing Center. always courteous and professional. Amy who works the front desk and handles scheduling and insurance is extremely friendly and accommodating. She informed me they always leave open spots to accommodate emergencies. Amy informed me when I would be available for an upgrade and what my insurance would cover. Dr. Rebecca is also friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Always takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them with easily understandable explanations. Never makes you feel rushed. There is not enough fine words to express my gratitude for the folks at Freedom Hearing at Prince Fredrick. Whether it is on the phone or opening the door to their office, it is professionalism and family welcome you feel. For almost five years Rebecca and Amy have always been there to assist my wife and me. I periodically get a neighborly call from them, on how goes it. The hearing aids I have are rechargeable and connected via Bluetooth. I don't miss a contact whether I'm working in the yard or playing golf. There has never been a delay for another day to provide care for me and my family. Stop by their office and you will see why I recommend them so highly.
