Patriot Urgent Care - Prince Frederick

PF Urgent Care was incredibly easy to access from the smooth online booking to convenient parking and a spacious lobby. The receptionist was polite and quickly confirmed my online paperwork with only a couple of updates needed. After a short wait, the nursing assistant was kind and knowledgeable as she took vitals & info I shared about how I was feeling, and the doctor/PA was thorough, attentive, and open to discussing my symptoms. She was extremely efficient and even made sure I could pick up my prescription before the pharmacy closed. Overall, this was one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Thank you!

The staff, the nurse and the doctor my son saw were amazing! I made an appointment online and did not have to wait long to be seen. The nurse was very compassionate and wished my son a speedy recovery and the doctor was super knowledgeable. She explained everything from how the virus attacks your body to how each of the medications would work. I would definitely recommend this location.

Booking a time online was easy, and I was able to book an early appointment for the next day. I experienced very little wait time after completing the registration online. This option was also provided to me right after I booked but I didn’t take advantage. Reception was courteous and efficient. Tech and doctor were both friendly and also efficient. Facility was very clean (it just recently open). Such an improvement over the other urgent care facility in Prince Frederick, MD.

Fri NP, was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and wouldn't let me go until she ensured I was safe. Took her time and explained everything. All of the staff starting from the front desk were amazing. I only waited about 15 minutes. Will definitely use PF location again.

Scheduled appointment after 6 days of illness. Clean, professional, and efficient. My wait was minimal and was treated very kindly even during an uncomfortable test. Very empathetic nursing and clinical staff and I am feeling MUCH better after the medications I was given to help my recovery. Thank you so much.
