Elon Roshell Day Spa & Health/ Salt Cave

I had a wonderful experience today I took my mom to the salt cave with me for the first time ! We enjoyed ourselves , loved it found it very relaxing! The salt room is very refreshing & a beautiful experience! The environment was inviting & we were welcomed by the most warm & beautiful lady that gave us some information about all the services! My mom & I were so excited! I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends & family & we will be back to try out the sauna !

The Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank Is healthy and healing. Takes my swelling down drastically. Releases my neuropathy and other things that all feel positive. Extra oxygen is good for all people! Pretty neat to have access to this in Prince Frederick! Try it out!

The experience I had today meeting the nicest people here. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable and opened about health wellness. I came to this building for another reason and had time to spare. I was reading the sign that says ER massage therapy. Let's just say God wanted me to start a conversation with the young lady. The positive vibe I felt was powerful. It's hard to put in words, but it felt real. It feels like I knew the ladies for a long time. I am a quite person and normally not a social person but walking in there made me feel good about myself. I'm looking forward starting the health wellness program and i know it's going to be a bumpy ride. I need to change my diet and I have the ladies for support. You're the best!!

On this past Sunday, the ladies of the Deep Creek Crew had a day of pampering, which consisted of 10 ladies. We utilized every area of the spa, inclusive of the oxygen, sauna, infer red room, salt cave and of course Elambert’s massage. If you’re planning a girls day outing, this is the place for you. Elambert is hands down the best massage therapist in the greater DC area. She has compassion, and magic hands. Not only is she a wonderful massage therapist; but she genuinely cares about her clients, forms a relationship with them, and can solve a.multotude of problems! This is a tranquil Oasis in the middle of a hectic world!
