Walgreens Pharmacy

SWITCH TO TONIS PHARMACY!!!!! I used to like Walgreens that’s where I’ve got my prescriptions since I was a kid but the pharmacy closed on the weekends without any notice kind of an issue for people who need things like inhalers. So I switched to Toni’s and they were so kind and helpful on the phone their a locally owned business and they deliver so I honestly not regret doing it sooner

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy since I moved here 3 years ago, but I liked the convenience of the drive through due to my disability making it difficult to walk (even though you could be sitting in the drive through line for over half an hour) and that Good Rx usually has the cheapest prices through them. Now they have cut down their hours where they close at 6:00 and are not open on weekends and are still closed for a half hour lunch. One time they had their automated thing call to let me know that my prescription was ready for pick up at 5:55 on a Friday, I'm almost positive this was done on purpose because they knew no one could get there in five minutes before closing so they wouldn't have to actually help any customers. Honestly, AWEFUL. I mean a lot of the staff is super friendly and try to be helpful, but some are pissy and have an attitude like it's the biggest inconvenience to them that I need my meds. I know they're overworked and understaffed but my god. They also can literally never get my meds RIGHT. I've gotten the wrong amount of pills, the wrong dosage, and the wrong directions for taking them! Not only that but I have to wait weeks to get my meds. When I'm out of refills they LIE and tell me they've faxed the refill request to my doctor but they havent sent the refill, but when I call my doctors they always say they never got a refill request. Was literally just told today to just call when I need a refill because Walgreens never does their job and everyone is having the same issues as I am. I

I feel there may be a staffing problem in the Pharamacy dept. Prescriptions were called in before noon, they were not ready until after 7:30 pm. I had a question for the pharmacist, I waited an additional 10 minutes and ended up leaving without my question being answered. Thank god for google. I am currently looking for a new Pharamacy.

Never a bad experience at our Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are always working their tails off with little appreciation. I hope they know they are doing a great job! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
