Beltone Hearing Aid Service

I have been pleased with Beltone. They answer questions are they listen. My only bad point is when I bought my expensive hearing aides, I was told that if I referred someone, I would receive $100. This never happened. After asking about this, several times, I gave up, I have not forgotten. That was 3 years ago.

Excellent service caring and fun experience!! My Dad felt comfortable and confident in his diagnosis. He looks forward to getting his hearing aides.

My Beltone visit was very productive. Also, very informative. There was no pressure to buy any products, but rather excellent advice on my hearing issues and possible future needs in that area. The staff was great! The experience, was very worthwhile. I can recommend them highly. I know that I will be returning in the future at various intervals to be sure of my needs that they can address.

Most of the time when you go to the doctor or make an appointment somewhere it's because you want to find out what the heck is going on with whatever is wrong with your body. A lot of these appointments end up with long wait times, being rushed, no connection with your doctor and still have questions left unanswered at the end. Not here! At Beltone, there was no wait, I was able to make an appointment quickly and the experience was enjoyable. The young lady there walked me through every step of the process and made sure to ask if I had any question. I'm not one to ask questions but she was able to read my face and understand where my uncertainty was and repeat things or break them down to were they made sense for me.
