Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Ponca City

Front desk lady (Sue) was extremely condescending and rude until she realized my drug screening was for nursing school.. unacceptable behavior along with it being my first impression of ever walking into this clinic and hopefully my only time. It was just the one clinic my school had listed for my area to have the UA completed.

Made appointment and kept it! Sue was waiting with the paperwork almost complete. Crystal took us right back and let our daughter come also. Efficient! Friendly!! Brittany was so kind and compassionate also. They all remembered us and treated us so well.

Pretty good experience compared to the other urgent cares in town. Nice people working the day I went. Pricey for those who do not have health insurance though, I made sure to get some after that visit.

I needed a return to work note. As soon as I filled out my paperwork I was called in and it didn't take about 20 min for the vitals and speaking with the Dr. (Who was very nice and listened ). I will be using them again. Definitely stress-free.

Great experience from my POV. Sooo I had a DOT test due, and im all the way from the state of Connecticut so I was far from where I usually go to get this done. Everyone in the office was attentive and caring. I'd like to thank Brittany, The DOT medical examiner that was staffed that day she was awesome. All truckers in the ponca city area should go here for DOT exams they are also the most cost effective exams in comparison to other medical offices. Only paid 95 bucks🙏🏿🙏🏿😁😁😁
