Walgreens Pharmacy

I was told by a pharmacy technician that all of my medications would be transferred to this Walgreens. While most were, my most important medication — my prescribed sleep medication — was not. I wasn’t made aware of this until I went online to request a refill and found it missing. When I contacted Walgreens’ online pharmacy support, I was told the technician had misinformed me, and that this particular medication requires a pharmacist-to-pharmacist transfer. The situation was then described as a “coaching opportunity” for the technician, which felt dismissive given that this error directly impacted my health and ability to function. Walgreens pharmacy is pretty good. The thing of it is is the longer you’ve been going there the longer the more they know you the faster they work for you faster they get your meds done and stuff like that. They do take extremely long detect like get any kind of medication‘s done which I don’t like they also if you’re trying to get a hold of the pharmacy and you’re calling it always takes at least 10 minutes 5 to 10 minutes on the phone to get a hold of a pharmacist representative which I do not like it. Well it’s just it’s like almost impossible to get a hold of anybody through the pharmacy on the phone. I do not like that but if you’re personal with them, you know, they know you you know them they work pretty good for you both my parents go to this pharmacy so it can’t be that bad

HORRIBLE service. Waited behind one car for 45 mins then got IGNORED. For 15 more minutes when drove up to window. Went inside NOBODY was waiting so why did I have to wait along with the 4 cars behind me 45 minutes then I didn’t even get my prescription. Employees are ignorant And lazy.

Checked in online for a flu shot. The web said checked in successfully we will call your name when we are ready. Waited 40 minutes then asked them at the counter about it. They had no clue! What a waste of time. Usually is a waste of time at their pharmacy.

Always helpful and explains new meds well. Sometimes have to wait but there are alot of people who need there medicine. They have great stuff to look at and sometimes purchase while waiting for medicine. 💊
