Sarah was amazing to help me postpartum and post-hysterectomy! She addressed my pelvic floor and was able to find the issues in my hips from after four pregnancies and give me strengthening exercises. She helped me correct certain posture issues in everyday life, like laundry, picking up babies, and cleaning, so I would not cause any injuries. I would recommend Meadowland for any pelvic floor issues. Sarah started with that and helped me with things I didn’t even know I had problems with, because everything is related. Don’t procrastinate feeling better!
