Pocatello Physical Therapy owner, Randy Sidwell, is a highly trained therapist with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. He takes time with each new client to explain what’s going on and how to fix it. He has a positive and compassionate way with people of all ages and all walks of life. His facility is always clean and sanitized, privately located but with plenty of windows. His staff work together very well. They help each other out to insure all clients are working with a therapist during the visit, in a welcoming and supportive environment. I have been helped by PPT for several years. I highly recommend you give them a try if you are in need any physical therapy services for yourself or loved ones.

My physical therapy care team included Angie (PT) and Derek (PTA), and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Each brought a unique treatment style that kept therapy engaging and educational. They were attentive, observant, and tailored my care to help me return to daily tasks with greater ease and comfort. I especially appreciated understanding why certain exercises were prescribed and how they supported my shoulder and arm recovery. I always left with new exercises to work on at home, and sessions never felt repetitive.

The staff and therapists here are fantastic. They will work with you to find out what is causing your issue and develop a specific plan for your treatment. I went to other physical therapists before coming here without making any progress and finally started to feel better once I came to Pocatello Phyical Therapy. What sets them apart is that they are invested in helping you succeed and if something isn’t working, they find out what will. Your treatment is also closely managed by a physical therapist and you aren’t immediately handed off to an assistant.
