Walgreens Pharmacy

They don’t answer their phones! It’s not a one time event. I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and seriously. This store of not Walgreens all together has ZEROeducation in customer service. I done with this store. Going to Publix

I always have a bad experience with the Pharmacy. They never fill the prescription and I have to call them to get them to refill. After being on hold for 40 minutes. They figure out they dropped the ball. This is a monthly thing.... I can't believe the manager has not been fired yet.... Poor management....

Waited 50 minutes to get a flu shot. Had to ask after 30 minutes to get the paperwork to fill it out after not being given it after being told we would. This place is overwhelmed and the customers are ignored unless you keep asking.

Horrible service, they tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and when you go at that time. They make you wait 1hour more unnecessarily. And this is not the first time this happens to me and another family member of mine. On top of that they are rude, if I could I would give 0 stars.

Brought my mother to get her Covid19 booster shot, I even had an appointment and we made it on time. After half an hour of patiently waiting and asked for help two time I decide to leave and not get the shot with them. Total lack of ethic and care for their clients/patients. I would only buy again from them again if forced to do. Horrible experience!
