Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacist there is VERY rude, judgemental and unprofessional and that's not something that I look forward to in a pharmacist. They also changed their policy from filling controlled substances from two days early to one day without letting their customers know or given an explanation. I transferred here for convenience but I will be transferring again

Went to the doctor's office across the street and decided to use Walgreens because it was convenient. Went through the drive thru and gave the lady my medical card for insurance, then was told we had to have a prescription card for insurance or pay full price. We explained to her we have PeeHIP Blue Cross blue shield insurance coverage and they don't give a separate card for prescription coverage, never had an issue with any pharmacy being able to look it up before. She completely refused to look anything up and told us we could either pay full price or have the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. This lady was just flat out rude and refused to assist us unless we wanted to pay $50 more out of pocket than we should. Went down the street to CVS and no issue with them looking it u

He was very intelligent, very polite. His store was clean

Don't usually leave bad reviews. Pulled up to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my 4 year old. The woman helping me was super awesome, helpful, and friendly. I had a few questions about the medication. One question I asked she couldn't answer and grabbed the Dr on duty. This woman came to the window and was very rude. I asked her the question and she was very annoyed and rude with her tone and explanation. She made me feel Iike I asked the stupidest question and that I was completely wasting her time. Won't be going back. I don't want to feel like a complete idiot and let someone ruin my morning because I asked her a question while she was on duty working. Very disappointed.

Turned into more of a business than actually listening and caring about patients. They don't do what is best for the patient, they do what is best to protect their business.
