Extremely satisfied. The entire staff was pleasant and great to work with. I can’t single out one person, because the entire staff was so helpful. I highly recommend them. My visit went so well I have to say this I enjoyed going to the dentist.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. I chose sedation. I'd never experienced it before and it was very intimidating at first. The staff here was so understanding. They were very kind and they comforted me as much as they could. They explained everything. Even my silly, nervous questions. They didn't seem annoyed with me at all. I would recommend Pell City Dental to everyone. Especially to those with phobias as intense as mine

We were looking for a local dental office that offered full service dentistry. Pell City Dental met our needs. Our first visit was a very pleasant experience. The office offered state of the art equipment and the staff was outstanding as the dentist. Pleased with our choice of selection.

I don't even know where to begin, other than I am highly unsatisfied. Penny Murphy was beyond unprofessional and incompetent as she continued to talk over me, which made it difficult to address what was going on with my teeth. She is very uncivilized and needs more practice on how to treat people with respect and dignity instead of choosing to be verbally agressive and inappropriate. She needs to be fired, as I am positive i am not the only one she treats this way ( i witnessed her talking to others this way while waiting). As for the Dental office, They are highly overpriced to of messed up my teeth and not fix as they promised. I dont even want to come back after my experience. Wasted my money, my time, and my sanity while there. However, on the positive side the denist and dental assist
