Any positive reviews are likely due to staff who actually cared about the people they’re servicing. This pharmacy as a whole is horrible and you should avoid it to save yourself from stress. They have been late on every single prescription I’ve ever put in - Ive been newly diagnosed and prescribed medication that I am supposed to be taking ON TIME. One staff member will “promise” you and “push for it to be done” just to shut you up but your prescription? They can’t even give you an estimated time for pickup. Never trusting these people again. I’m back to edit my review because I had to urgently find another pharmacy and they had it done in TEN MINUTES. Not only that but when I went back to this location to retrieve my written prescriptions, the man didn’t apologize for the misinformation

This was my last visit to Walgreens, and I’ve already decided to switch pharmacies after this terrible experience. I came in to drop off prescriptions for allergy medication, including three meds—two prescription-only and one over the counter. The employee helping me asked the pharmacist a question, came back, and told me all three medications were in the allergy aisle. I questioned him, saying I knew one was over the counter, but he insisted they were all there. I wasted 10 minutes searching the aisle and, as I expected, only found the one over-the-counter medication. I had to get back in line, wait another 10 minutes, and explain the situation to a different employee. Wow after all these years of trying to be patient but the other day just messed everything up !!! They are all garbage except for one employee but everyone else seems like they live on another planet

The pharmacy department is just aweful. To drop off an RX I was on line for 30 minutes. Just to drop off. A few weeks ago a family had surgery. I dropped off the rx at window, which was also a long wait. They said to come back at noon. About 2 hrs later. For pain meds. I was there at noon. They said after 1pm. They have lunch at 1 so would if been closed. I told them its for pain meds after a surgery the are in pain, they were rude. Finally someone else came to help and had my RX 20 minutes later. I had left her for another place, but they closed down so am essentially forced back. The store is good. Lots of stuff, line is reasonable wait
