Had my first appointment with Dr. Ficara. My issues are very complex, but Dr. Ficara was not stymied. She used her deep fund of knowledge in creative ways to find therapeutic fits tailored to my needs. Also, she made me feel comfortable in what was an extremely personal encounter. Such a dedicated professional and a lovely human.

Dr. Ficara was amazing. I went to her after child birth and she helped so much. She was extremely informative, understanding and professional. Even when I called to schedule my first appointment and just get more info on pelvic floor therapy, she was super friendly and helpful. I went for 6 visits and have improved significantly through our work together. I highly recommend full circle physical therapy to all new moms.

I went to Full Circle Physical Therapy to help heal my pelvic floor after childbirth. I was not prescribed physical therapy by my doctor, but wanted to go to support my recovery, and I'm so glad that I did! Lauren is professional and compassionate. My first evaluation with Dr. Ficara was such a wonderful experience! Heading into my 3rd trimester I started feeling aches and pains that I wanted to address before they got worse. Dr. Ficara was able to pinpoint the sources of my pain and provide me with a variety of stretches to help. Her bedside manner is comforting and kind and she makes sure to teach you along the way!
