The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail — it never felt rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and prioritize both quality service and patient education. We love her empathetic nature and cultural competent care. All the staff members from front desk to prescription glasses providers... Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to Dr. Lizzi for 3 years and I think she’s the greatest! I appreciate her gentle, pleasant nature and overall knowledge. Her exams are very thorough. Dr. Lizzi takes time to explain everything and answer questions. She is prompt and I’m always taken at my appointment time. The office staff are very pleasant too! They are prepared as soon as you arrive by having reviewed your insurance benefits so that they know what’s covered. Very efficient! The office is clean and modern and parking is convenient with the large lot. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Lizzi!
