Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been consistently impressed by the service at Walgreens Pharmacy. They have never given me any issues and always manage to fulfill my prescriptions accurately and efficiently. However, it seems like the staff is overworked, which can sometimes result in longer wait times. Nonetheless, I appreciate their dedication and the convenience of having a reliable pharmacy nearby.

If I could give a zero I would. The staff is extremely rude. I’ve literally been walked past more times than I can count without any acknowledgment. I have a script that I need every two weeks. I have to call them every time after my Dr sends it in. They don’t notify you when your medication is out of stock. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and it has gotten progressively worse. Don’t think it could go downhill much more than it already has. They need a serious staff revamp. I’m hoping to find a new pharmacy ASAP!

Pharmacy Manager is not very polite. I was in today to pick up a script stood at counter for a few minutes before she asked if I had been helped which obviously I had not. I was standing at the center where the gate’s Coral the customers into the service desk. She said I’m over here and had me walk to the other side of the register one foot away. 😂 Management needs to lead by example and a smile doesn’t hurt either. I won’t be returning my ex wife quit Walgreens after 27 years now I know why . She works at cvs across the street it’s an easy switch. Thank you CVS for the smiles .

Now that they use fulfillment centers they no longer provide good service. I feel bad for their employees because they get yelled at due tocorporate decisions.

Every time I come to Walgreen's I. Always greeted with a simile. My prescriptions we're no called in bybour doctors office. Sara tooknibupon herself to call the Dr and ask I fax over. Most secretarys would have said sorry. Ull have to call the Dr office? Thnak s again for all you do.
