I’ve had a great experience working with Jen. She really takes the time to understand my individual needs and tailor each session specifically to what my body requires that day. The combination of techniques she uses—including dry needling, massage, and targeted exercises—has made a huge difference in my recovery and overall mobility. Beyond her skill and knowledge, shes also incredibly personable and kind, which makes every appointment comfortable and encouraging. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help them improve. I’m very grateful for the progress I’ve made under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective physical therapist.

She’s incredibly kind, personable, and really takes the time to explain things. She also gave me great tips for recovery and daily habits to help maintain physical mobility. Jen is the most amazing Physical therapist. She is so educated and knows exactly how to help. I came into her with a hamstring tear and no direction on how to return back to my sport. She guided me and helped me with a plan to return ASAP. She helped me with great rehab program, and she is excellent with dry needling and soft tissue! She made me feel confident to get back to my sport and to do so strong. Not only is she a great physical therapist, but she is also awesome with her clients and you feel comfortable and secure with rehabbing. Her place is super clean and has all the tools you need for your rehab. Overall, my best experience with PT and would recommend her to everyone who needs physical therapy.
