Walgreens Pharmacy

My wife and I always use Walgreens for our prescriptions. Until today. I used the online reordering for a script. The reply I got from Walgreens was the prescription would be available Friday after 3:10 pm. On Saturday morning I logged in only to find the prescription was cancelled the day ! reordered. No notice from Walgreens. When l asked what I need to do the parceled me honey and said you have to contact Walgreens because that is an app issue. I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.

One of the worst customer services provided every time we go to get our prescriptions. Due to the availability of my son’s medication this is the only place we can get this filled. The pharmasist and staff over promise and under delivery. I sat and waited for a prescription for an hour and half and when I went to pick it up they told me another 30 minutes. Something needs to be done about this. If you hate your job that much find something else to do.

Too busy to offer good customer service. Difficult to get to talk to a live person on the phone. Don’t stock many prescriptions I need so I have to wait for them to be ordered.

The supervisor working at the front of store with cashiers was extremely rude. Her voice actually got shaky for just inquiring about a fedex drop off I had since they’re listed as a fedex drop off location. I was simply inquiring and she was extremely rude. Sure I’m not the first nor the last to state. I had my baby with me or I would’ve gone back in and asked for her name. Dark brown hair, working 11/20 at 2:30 PM

Pharmacy lady was super rude, the good rx I was using was saying it should be 16.00 and at other Walgreens it was but here it was 89.00 and she had absolutely no sympathy. I don’t expect her to just change the number but I do expect some sympathy when I’m crying over how I’m not sure how I’ll pay for my much needed medicine.
