Easy check-in, staff was professional and friendly. I got in to Nurse really quick and of course, Dr Astin is always kind and takes the best care of his Patients. Highly recommend 👌

Quick service from a talented staff. I appreciate that alerted the ER in Foley that I was coming and what was wrong so the Foley ER team was able to start treatment quickly.

Didn't plan on having to use Urgent care this visit but I'm sure happy I chose this one. Unbelievable service for the amount of folks that needed help as well. We are snowbirds and had to have a minor problem looked at and we stumbled on American family care here in Orange Beach. From the very beginning, everyone was polite and professional. The young lady at the reception desk took extra time to help me get all of my information logged into their system and answered all of my questions. I was seen quickly and the nurse taking my vitals was so pleasant and friendly. The doctor was able to diagnose my problem and assured that he would be able to fix it quickly. They even forwarded my insurance information to the pharmacy. So far, everything it looking better.

Being from out of town, my insurance company directed me to this clinic. Dr. Astin was great, but he was the only positive about this place. I waited an additional day after my fall because, when I called, I was told their x-ray machine was out of service. The doc was going to give me after-care instructions following my x-ray, but the machine went down again while they were trying to take my images. The doc referred me to another facility, but my insurance wouldn’t cover me there. I called the clinic and told them I’d come back (about a 30-minute drive each way) when their machine was fixed. After multiple calls to the clinic, they said the machine was finally fixed. I drove back to get images and finish my appointment, but was told someone closed the notes and I would have to start over,
