I’ve struggled for years with neck and shoulder pain that leads to intense headaches, along with ongoing lower back issues and pinched nerves. I’ve seen multiple back doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors over the years — some helped a little, but no one ever truly listened or helped me understand the root of what was going on. Yesterday I had my first session at Baldwin County Myotherapy & Massage with Jessica, and it was a completely different experience in the best way possible. She took the time to listen to everything I’ve dealt with, explained how my body works and how different areas are connected, and actively showed me stretches and movements I can continue doing on my own. I see Rien and will say he is a true healer!! He is absolutely amazing and his wife Jessica is an amazing Godly woman as well! If you have any muscles that will not release they can release them. Any issues you have, they can fix them especially any athletic injuries! The office is quiet and their presence is so very calming and relaxing!

I am incredibly thankful for Jessica and Rien — for their knowledge, skill, and talent. My physical being has improved 10 fold. I go every six weeks or so to quickly correct issues and continue maintenance. I feel excellent after every visit!

My daughter suffers an automobile accident with a DUI driver, and Jessica and Ryan have been excellent to us as a family. The techniques and tools that they use have aided my daughter back tremendously. We’re so blessed to have found that results are like a miracle. And the cost is reasonable but the results are like a miracle!
