Walgreens Pharmacy

Once again would give zero stars if I could every time I come here there’s a problem , this time I had three messages about my prescription being ready the last one stating that I had until January 10 to pick it up otherwise I would have to re-order it. Lo and behold I come in on January 10, and they had already put it back and I had to wait anyway.

this pharmacy clearly doesnt care about reviews or customer satisfaction. i have to take the tine and speak to my insurance company and switch pharmacies because the wait is worst than going to a concert.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Doesn't matter time of day or day of week, there's always ten people waiting onine. From medications being out of stock, to the girl behind the counter telling patients, "sorry, we're busy". Never tell a patient your too busy for them. Whoever runs that pharmacy needs to be fired.

Called multiple times to fix a prescription that said “action required call pharmacy” was left on hold then hung up on 3x. When I finally spoke with someone she claimed “it’s fixed and will be filled tomorrow”. This was never filled so I had to call AGAIN and wait on hold for an hour AGAIN. When I reached someone the second time and they told me it was fixed, I nicely asked “okay can you just double check because I was told that 3 days ago and then it was never filled”. To which I got attitude and “well you’re speaking with the pharmacy now and I said it was fixed”. I apologized and said okay just making sure to which she disconnected the line without a goodbye. Honestly I understand they are packed but there’s no need to be rude.
