CVS Pharmacy

Very busy pharmacy. Staff overworked, can tell most of them were exhausted, but they assist and help every customer appropriately. Took the flu shot with no issues. Pharmacist was very nice and respectful.

Cvs is really going down hill. Every store looks like it just got robbed. They are filthy. The pharmacy has also declined dramatically, they are always out of what we need and we have to wait almost everytime now.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They “tried running my insurance multiple times” while I was waiting in store and then just asked if I just wanted to pay for my medication without insurance. I had my doctor send the prescription to the Rite Aid a few blocks down on Jerusalem Ave and had no issues.

Store employees have 0 empathy and wouldn’t even call a couple minutes near close to override and ensure a sick elderly woman could get blood thinners to recover from surgery
