Walgreens Pharmacy

Monica is by far the most uneducated, rudest person I have ever came across. I have had 2 family members move prescriptions because of how disgusting her attitude is on top of that she is incapable of simple refilling a prescription. I will be removing all my prescription and informing everyone what a trash experience my family and I have had from the trash employee on staff. The pharmacist have always been great that is why I have stayed with them but after today’s interaction with Monica, never again.

This is my favorite location. The workers here are always so pleasant and helpful. I have used their photoshop quite a few times and my experiences have been great. Each time I go into this location I feel welcome and have great interactions with the wonderful staff.

Several rude pharmacy staff members and it’s inexcusable. Two different occasions I have set up for my prescriptions to be delivered. Everything went through on my end. It was even on my bank statement that the money was processing yet they were never delivered and when I call, they just get snippy with me and tell me that there’s nothing in their records . I keep telling them that this is happening multiple times and it even shows up on my bank statement that it’s processing so it’s obviously something on their end not mine. I’m very pleasant when I call in fact today when I called about the same problem and even told the lady thank you for looking it up and have a nice day. She hung up on me without even saying goodbye. I’m sorry, but there’s no need for that type of rudeness. Definitel

Cindy on Halloween and claimed my medication was out of stock and I went 36 hours without my medicine and said that it was my job to call and have them order it. I waited and went 36 hours without my medication and wasn’t able to work, sleep, sweat through my clothes, and suffered from dizziness and dysphoria. If you stop taking medication suddenly, you can develop seizures that don’t stop and can literally die. When my husband went to pick it up, the next day, the bottle was labeled for the 31st of October. That’s right. Halloween. They then tried to give me a run around about not being able to contact my doctors office who has three receptionists and two phone numbers. My doctors office said, again, no pharmacy has any logs of any faxes or phone calls. I don’t know what I did to make th

The incompetence of this pharmacy is beyond ignorance, it’s criminal. Called in to get a schedule 4 medication filled 10/31. The pharmacy said it was out of stock of the medication and couldn’t fill it till the next day. The next day I call and the pharmacist says they will call when it arrives in the shipment that day and that I don’t need to call back. I get no more calls from the pharmacy, so I go in and ask if it’s done. The Pharmacist says that they have to verify the last Dr visit but the doctor just won’t pick up or return their calls. I call my doctor in front of them and the Dr tells me they have 3 people manning the phones and NO ONE from Walgreens has called. Upon telling the pharmacist this she snaps at me that she’s working on it. After waiting they give me the medication and
