My daughter had to get stitches and the whole staff was absolutely amazing ! They made her feel so comfortable and walked her through the whole process! Dr. Daigle was fabulous it was just so wonderful! I am glad I brought her there!

I fell in the waiting room yesterday and I was treated so kindly and professional! They picked me up like I was a feather and placed me in a wheelchair! They took X-rays and treated my arm where I had torn skin off! I was very impressed with their abilities to treat me, make the diagnosis and even helped me with walking and getting to my car! I have high esteem for this great Medical Urgent Care facility!

I had been sick for over two weeks, and I couldn't have asked for better care. PA Laurie Diagle was incredibly attentive, taking the time to really listen to my concerns and make sure I got exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. I will definitely be returning in the future for any medical needs!

I really appreciate the care this clinic provides. The staff and providers are kind, professional, and attentive. My only area of confusion is the appointment and check-in process. I had a confirmed 11:00 AM appointment, yet patients with later appointment times (around 11:40–11:50), and even some walk-ins, were seen before me. Since this is an urgent care clinic, it would be helpful to better understand how priority is determined and what scheduling an appointment guarantees. Overall, the quality of care is excellent. Clearer communication around the process would greatly improve the experience.

Everyone at American Family Care is really nice. I called when I was on my way because there was an accident and it made me 30 minutes late for my appointment.  But once I got there and got checked in they took me right on back. All of the staff are very friendly when they are helping you and the doctors are always wonderful and caring. I highly recommend this place for any of your health visits.
