I can’t express how great Dr Schusler and his staff are!!! They are efficient, prompt, return calls and go above and beyond! I have never had a Dr do extra research, use his own time, reach out and direct me in what I should consider. I have been to other chiropractors and swore I would never go back! He is completely different. Not severe jolting…. Listens extensively to my questions and methodically worked down my neck and spine. Within a couple of visits, I had significant relief from my pain! If I could give fewer stars, I would. My husband is a disabled veteran who fought for over a year to get the VA to approve massage therapy as part of his care plan. A battle that many veterans will unfortunately understand all too well. Once finally approved, we discovered Pro-Active was the only local facility in Niceville that we could find that accepts his coverage. Sadly, the experience here has been consistently disappointing. On day one, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. She blamed my husband for not completing new patient paperwork that she never actually sent to the correct email, and offered no apology even after confirming she had the wrong email. Pro-Active Medical Center has been a game-changer for my health. Brian's thoroughness and wonderful bedside manner make me feel heard and understood. He takes the time to truly identify the root causes of my symptoms and adjusts his approach accordingly. The front desk team, led by Ms Shay, is a pleasure to work with - she is patient, quick to respond, and flexible with scheduling. I've had the pleasure of working with their massage therapists and they all listen intently to provide the exact service I need. I leave every session feeling significantly better. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Schuessler. After struggling with persistent neck pain for months, I decided to seek help and am so glad I did. After just a few sessions, my pain significantly decreased, and my range of motion improved dramatically. I highly recommend Dr. Schuessler and his amazing team to anyone looking for effective chiropractic care!

Don't trust them. They will change your massage therapist at will without notifying you! If you book a specific therapist and she is not available; the courteous thing to do would be for them to call you ahead of time and give you the option before you drive an hour. Their lack of Common Courtesy cost them a customer for life.
