First of all, the pharmacist Sarah is phenomenal. She has been great in getting my script filled the last 5 months utilizing manufacturers savings card when my insurance won’t cover. After 5 months, the manufacturer is trying to restrict the drug utilization to a specific diagnosis code. I have 3 diagnosis codes, none of which work. Techs were great at trying to run it, unfortunately could not get it to work. Today, I called and told them the spiel of how because of diagnosis code it’s not covered and if that’s the case I’d like to try and transfer this to Walmart (there has been talk that lawyers have been in contact with the manufacturer to remove the diagnosis requirement, however can’t confirm until I try to fill my script here).
