Newark Pediatrics

We love NP Jenna Adriaansen she has been nothing but amazing for our family. We have had different luck with some of the other DRs. & NP in the office but the staff ( front and nurses) have also been great for our family.

Newark pediatrics.... why bother? Went to scheduled docs appointment. at 1145. Xray at 1115. Said be 30 mims for results so we waited... left after waiting 2 hrs.. 430 nothing I'll call them On hold for 18 mins... Looked online closed at 430 on Fridays.. Smh. No idea if she's got sprain break nothing. There all day. Called again and waiting for a nurse to call me back! Absolutely insane... And they closed at 12 and didn't call me back! Furious.my child could have a break that needs attention and I cant even get a call back! Do better

I am only giving a 5* review due to the 2 stupendous staff members who went OUT of their way to treat you like a decent human being! Tandi and Lauren in the birthing/OB unit are AMAZING women. If you happen to have a baby and come here and get these two nurses, you'll fall in love with them! They don't treat you like you're the dirt between their toes. They talk to you like a human being. (I think they BOTH deserve a raise & quite a LOT of praise.!.) Tandi is by FAR the best nurse I had while I was here. I filled out a survey and someone ACTUALLY stopped by my room and spoke to me about it! I got to nominate Tandi! I truly hope that the workers and other patients KNOW how amazingly wonderful she is! I wasn't going to write a review, but it hasn't been sitting well with me & other parents should be aware. Note, this has nothing to do with our pediatrician (Dr. Ong), she is amazing and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. This rather, has to do with this hospitals policy. My son Just turned 12. When I went to make an appointment on mycare, I saw he has dropped off my account. I figured it was a technical glitch. After calling and making an appointment, I come to find out that it is this hospitals policy to allow a 12 year to manage his own mycare account. There isn't even a choice here for the parents. Literally, he drops off your mycare and now has to download the app and make his own account and it is managed completely separately from the rest of my kids. A 12 YEAR OLD. They're ex

Outstanding Staff! Our Dr, the nurses & the admin staff have all been great. Everyone has really taken the time to make sure that all of our questions are answered. I was recommend this office by a friend and would do the same to others.
