Dingus Orthodontics

Beware. Go somewhere else. The office did not get prior approval from my insurance for braces removal and retainers. When this was realized that insurance was not going to cover services, Dingus left my son with his braces half off for 6 months while it was sorted out. Of course his teeth separated. The office is taking NO responsibility that they did not send all the correct codes to insurance. I had to call the insurance company for them multiple times, get the codes and call Dingus to give the codes to the office to submit to insurance. If you have a billing problem, you cannot talk to billing. They will not give you her number, if she even exists. Insurance company even tried to talk to billing at Dingus and they would not give her the number. This has been a nightmare for months. Now

I chose this location because it’s close to home and I’ve had friends get their braces done here. The receptionist is always polite and greets you as soon as you walk in. The only issue I have is that the other staff aren’t social with their patients, they don’t interact or speak to the child that may be feeling uneasy..... No interaction at all. We still have a long way to go and I hope my opinion changes, but so far, not impressed.

I could not be more pleased with my new smile! The entire staff were professional and courteous and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I went there for a second opinion and signed on same day. So glad I did! Thank you Dr. Bill and staff!

My grand daughter gets her braces ✔here,and they are rude to her,and they actually made her cry. I,'m not very happy how they treated her today. This is unacceptable.
