Have had a rough time the past few times trying to get prescription medicine. 4 year old had an ear infection. Doctor office ordered medicine in the morning. Evening time tried to pick it up. Claimed there was never a order done. Confirmed with doctor office it was sent and they sent another as well. Went back said can't be done until the next day. Promised it would be ready for morning time. Got there in the morning, still wasn't ready. Told me if I waited in the area with a toddler for 30 minutes - hour it should be ready. Sent another script to Kellogg road Walgreens they had it ready in a half hour. Had another prescription sent for something else. Done in the morning tried to pick it up 24 hours later. The pharmacy at the Walgreens on Commercial Drive in New Hartford New York is completely unacceptable. I had a prescription called in on Sunday August 24, an antibiotic, and was told it would be ready that night. Upon calling the store they told me it was not ready and would not be until Monday after 2pm. I called Monday after 2pm and received the news from the automated system that it was ready so I went to the pharmacy. I picked up the prescription and brought it home only to find out I had only 5 of the 14 pills I was supposed to have. I called the pharmacy and explained the situation and they said it would be in on the truck that day so I should come in on Tuesday so pick the rest up. I also asked specifically if I would have to pay any additional money when picking the remaining pills

I will never ever have a prescription called in to this Pharmacy when Rite Aid closed across the street there was never a problem with that store and now this one here cannot even fill a prescription that was called in by my doctor for an antibiotic yesterday and now today at the end of the day they did not have it ready they told me if I wanted to wait another 35 minutes they would do it now they did not have it prepared for me. If it wasn't on a Saturday I would definitely have my doctor call this in someplace else but there was nothing that I could do. Totally unacceptable

Never under any circumstances use this location. Every time I come in for a prescription ive been getting for years (after they call to say it is ready, mind you) they say they dont have it. Or rather, say come back in an hour. And then we go through days of them dancing around and around before they'll admit they never even ordered it to the store. This is every single time. They also put the wrong name (the name of my estranged father who is NOT in their database) for one of my prescriptions about a year ago. This pharmacy is terrible and the staff is no help ever. Please just use anywhere else.

Pharmacy sucks never have order ready people have call ins from Wynn not ready after 5 hrs women in pharmacy are lazy and sloppy looking and rude very unprofessional
