The Dental Office

I went maybe a half year ago to get a check up, since I felt a tooth bothering me. He looked at my scans and said everything looked fine and that I simply have sinusitis. Well, fast forward to now, and I’ve now gone to several dentists that tell me I need to extract 1 possibly 2 teeth next to each other, where I was complaining about. They both have decent sized cysts. How that could have possibly been missed and downplayed at my visit just a mere half year ago, is beyond me. Could have saved my teeth then.

I have been with the same dentist for over 30 years so when I got a promotion and got a new union PEF i freaked out that they no longer took my insurance but the dentist was retiring anyways so I figured it was the best time to find a dentist who takes my new insurance. I heard good things about Kessler so I called and got appointments for me and my two kids and husband. They were booking six months out which is normal but while waiting for the appointments my crown fell off and I called and they got me in right away. He popped it back on no problem. Most places would try and sell me on getting a new crown. He said it was still in great shape so no need. Excellent care! Everyone was friendly, helpful and Dr. Feldman was fantastic. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and scared to death. They both took the time to keep me calm and do what they needed to do! I can’t thank them enough! Excellent service!
